  2. Ordering one of the above arrangements indicate acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
  3. Cancellations and changes of reservation have overburdened our small administrative team in the past. We wish to focus on our courses and on good communication with our participants. Therefore we ask for your understanding with this strict regulation. On principle we do not refund course payments for withdrawal from registration by any arrangement. For the Compact Schooling and Body-Awareness Teacher Education the same strict regulation applies, which is that once a place has been booked, it cannot be transferred to someone else, nor can it be cancelled or refunded. The placement will be held for you up to the commencement of the course / event and for the duration of the course. Please make your own insurance arrangements if you are in doubt, or wait until your decision to register is certain. We will confirm your registration immediately upon the receipt of full payment for your booking.
  4. In the event that the course or part thereof does not take place due to circumstances beyond our control, Akedah International ApS will refund the course fee, but will not reimburse costs for booked travel, accommodation, or other associated costs.
  5. During any part of the course, Klaus Ferdinand Hempfling as seminar leader has the duty and right to point out to any participant that further participation in the program could be overly challenging, and that it can be personally discussed as to how the participant may or should continue. If there is strong doubt during any part of the course, Klaus Ferdinand Hempfling has the full right and duty to exclude the participant from further participation, in which case the consumed days will be deducted from the course fee and the remainder refunded without further deduction.
  6. Without further authorisation from any participant, all photographs, film material, and audio recordings may be used by Klaus Ferdinand Hempfling and Akedah International ApS for publication, PR and teaching purposes.
  7. Working with horses always involves the risk of accidents. Participation in any course is at the participant’s own risk and responsibility, whether they are with a horse or not.
  8. Specific courses require a certain level of physical health and mental flexibility according to the content. The course participants attend at their own risk. In case of doubt, please seek medical advice.
  9. All fees include GST and are valid until 31 April 2010.
